You're here because you followed a link on a facebook page claiming to be some kind of news and current events page - but it's not.
They hadn't registered their own domain, so I bought it and they only post content designed to garner engagement so they can cream the money off advertising while getting you to argue. It's generally AI generated and driven and is called Pink Slime News.
There is a lot of these happening right now, and going into the election of 2026, New Zealanders are unaware and unprepared for how dangerous these can be in spreading disinformation, being manipulated and stressing social cohesion - to sell you to Facebook advertisers, not keep you informed in any way.
If you come across a Pink Slime site, then report them as AI and block them to limit their reach.
